Thank you for shopping with Warm Wick Candle Company. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care in Brookfield, Illinois.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated during launches, holidays, or special events.

Custom orders, wholesale orders, and candle party bookings may require additional processing time.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note:

  • Warm Wick is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
  • During warmer months, candles may soften during transit. Please allow products to return to room temperature before opening or burning.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders in Brookfield. Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.


Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at your business email with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used candles or products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
